Sinus Infection Natural Home Remedies & Cures

 

 

Head Position

Try to keep the head elevated when you sleep.  Use a few pillows instead of just one and this will help your sinuses and nasal passages clear when you're sleeping.  Try to keep your head as elevated as possible.  This will increase the effect.
