Colonic Massage

Colonic massage is an excellent way to naturally treat your irritable bowel syndrome at home.  This can be done while you're sitting on the toilet or while you're laying down on the floor, but try to have your knees bent.  To perform this, make a fist with your right hand and begin massaging your colon with a circular motion using the knuckles.  Begin at the lower right section of your abdomen (this should be right inside the hip bone).  Work the massage up toward the rib cage, then go straight across to the left and then massage south towards your abdomen.  Once you reach the inside of your left hip bone, begin to massage closer toward your pubic region.  The entire point of this massage to is move the stool along the digestive tract throughout the length of the colon.  This should be done along the horseshoe shape of the gut.  This should be done several times throughout the day to move stool along.  This should be done with varying pressure to help a bowel movement come along.  Try this fantastic home remedy for irritable bowel syndrome.
