TMJ Home Remedies

 

ACV and Molasses

I was plagued with chronic intense TMJ pain and  found a simple cure.

Take 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of blackstrap molasses in 1 cup of water 2 or 3 times a day, the pain will go away quickly. Submitted by Adri 3-14-2014
