Aspirin and Salt Water

If you have dry socket, try out this home remedy and feel the instant relief it brings you. Take four to five aspirins, mash them up, and mix the powder in with some salt water to make a paste. Then take the paste and fill your empty socket. In five minutes you should feel relief from the pain and dryness.

If you are suffering from dry socket issues and it just gets worse after eating you should use this salt water rinse. When you eat normally the food gets stuck in your dry socket and irritates it. The tannic acid in tea bags will act as a pain reliever and give you instant relief. You should soak a tea bag in some hot water, let it cool and place the tea bag in your mouth where your dry socket is and hold it there for twenty minutes. If you do this twice per day it will help reduce the pain.

Turmeric Dry Socket Home Remedy

All you need to do is take an eight ounce glass of water and mix it with a pinch of turmeric to make a rinsing solution. You should rinse this around in your mouth for thirty seconds two to three times per day to help with pain and discomfort.
