Natural remedies for hangover problems are abundant! One of the best I know is first thing in the morning drink two 8 ounce glasses of water and then lie down and apply a cold wash cloth to your forehead. Allow the water to digest and the cool cloth sooth your head. Afterward resting if you are able to eat make some whole wheat toast with no oil on it or some hot oatmeal. A home remedy for hangover is a good foot rub. Reflexology is a natural healer. Take your foot and hold it upright. Stimulate the outer edge of your right foot about halfway between the middle of the foot and your little toe. This area is actually the reflex to you liver area. It may feel crunchy which means it needs attention because there is congestion in that spot. Rubbing this area gently will stimulate healing.
