Healthy Diet

Years of living and dealing with the pain and suffering of heartburn lead me to search for remedies that not only help to relieve the symptoms but also help to cure that reason that heartburn exists in the first place. Through the trial and error of using commercial medicines and prescription drugs I decided to turn to a more natural approach to healing, and much to my delight I have healed my heartburn, lost weight and have become a healthier person altogether.  I have found that through eating a plant based whole foods diet my heartburn and other health challenges I had been experiencing disappeared. I used to eat fast food, fried foods, highly processed foods and a lot of cheese and meats. All of those foods contribute to heartburn and also weight gain, high blood pressure and many other health problems and diseases.

I learned about eating right through a doctor named Dr. McDougall. His website is an excellent resource for learning all about healing diseases naturally through changing your diet. I strongly encourage you to visit his website at www dot drmcdougall dot com. There is hope!
