Belching

Belching can be treated by how you eat.  I suggest that you take your time when you eat your meals, and also eat smaller meals.

***

A good belching home remedy is to should avoid chewing gum and not drink carbonated drinks.

***

First of all I’d recommend that you not eat too much onion in your diet.  Secondly, you will need to cut down on eating chocolates.  Eating too much onion and chocolate will cause burping/belching.

For those of you who are having a hard time with belching, I have a helpful solution.  You should avoid drinking alcohol.  This is especially true for those of you who have suffered from chronic and/or excessive belching.

If you try to just relax and reduce your stress, I believe this will help with the belching problem.  There are forms of exercise that help you relax.

I have a simple home remedy for belching.  All you have to do is slow down when you eat or drink.  Stop gulping your meals and drinks.  It’s easy, you’ll see.

Avoid Milk & Sugar

Watch out for certain foods.  A couple foods come to mind.  They are milk and sugar.  These two can start or initiate the belching process.  You can get used to not having sugar in so many things you eat.  It is healthier and you’ll feel better without adding sugar to everything.  Also, there are traditional milk substitutes like rice or soy milk.

There are vegetables and fruits that can cause you to belch.  However, these are also important foods that can help treat the bacteria in your stomach.   Unfortunately, these foods have a certain starch that your stomach has a hard time digesting.  These particular fruits and vegetables include:  lentils, bananas, prunes, cabbage, beans, onions, sprouts, and apricots.

Avoid Refined Foods

Your diet can impact digestion and your body responding with moments of belching.  If you want to cut down on these moments, I have a suggestion.  Try to avoid foods that are made with refined processed foods.

***

Believe it or not, the type of clothes you wear can impact the amount of belching you do.  If you wear tight clothing, this can cause pressure on your stomach and increase the chance of belching.

***

I think that if you are over weight, you tend to belch a lot.  I don’t know why but before I went on my diet and lost 30 extra pounds, I used to experience belching all the time.  Now, that I ‘m more fit, I hardly ever belch.  It’s just an idea I wanted to throw out there. This is a simple home remedy for belching.

Fennel Seeds

If you want to avoid belching, bloating, and the feeling of too much gas; chew one tablespoon of Fennel seeds after eating a meal. I think you’ll experience some relief.

***

To stop unwanted periods of belching or passing gas, I have a natural home remedy for you.  Take some fresh ginger slices and soak them in lime juice.  Chew these after you finish your meals.  This home remedy for belching seems too easy and simple.  But, if you are willing to give it a try, I think you’ll be surprised.  I wish you lots of luck!
