Arginine

A good home remedy for poor circulation is to take as supplement the amino acid arginine.

Anthocyanin is the stuff in red grapes and will improve poor circulation. It increases the flow of blood throughout your body and heals varicose veins.  Also try pennywort.

Diet

Poor circulation is a symptom of cardiovascular disease.  The arterial system loses its elasticity and becomes clogged with plaque deposits.  The cause of poor circulation is poor diet.  Americans get 47% of their calories from fat!  It should be 10%.  No wonder we are all fat and sick.  Our arteries are clogging up with the fat sludge we put into them.  Cholesterol causes plaque and 30% of our cholesterol comes from eating animal products such as meat, eggs and dairy.  These are all high in saturated fat as well.  Stop eating these things – they are unnatural for the human body which is a starch based bio-machine like horses, primates, elephants and cows.  If you can’t stop eating animal products, then try to cut back.  Dairy is the worst.  Diet is the best natural remedy for poor circulation.

To cure poor circulation, alternate hot and cold baths. Lie on an incline with your head lower than your feet.  Also try massaging the areas that are having the poor circulation.

Cayenne Poor Circulation Natural Remedy

Try putting cayenne pepper in your gloves and socks to keep your hands and feet toasty.

Stretch as much as you can remember to do it.  While sitting, extend your legs and move each foot forward and backward, side to side and all around.  This will stimulate circulation in your legs.

Fresh vegetables and fruit juices will provide electrolytes to improve circulation.

A homeopathic home remedy for poor circulation is Cuprum met 30.  For three nights at bed time, take 5 pills.  Then wait for 10 days and you will see a marked improvement.

A good Japanese macrobiotic home remedy for poor blood circulation is make Ume-Sho-Bancha tea with ginger.  Make bancha tea and then pour one cup over a smashed umeboshi plum and ¼ teaspoon of grated ginger juice.  To this add one teaspoon of tamari or shoyu sauce (traditionally made soy sauce).  Stir this and drink it.
