There are many factors that can contribute to hormone imbalance. Women are specifically impacted by hormones from the age of puberty through menopause. I have found an amazing natural therapy for hormone balance called apple cider vinegar. Who knew?? Apple cider vinegar is said to be a wonder remedy for many ailments and now I believe the claim! I started using apple cider vinegar, about 2 tablespoons at a time mixed with a tablespoon of honey mixed in a cup of water. I drink this twice a day, once in the morning and the other dose before dinner. This has not only helped to balance my hormones but also has helped to boost my energy levels and overall wellbeing.
