Lemon Body Odor Natural Remedy

If you’re having problems with body odor and perspiration and in particular under arm odor; I have a good home remedy for you to try.  Take three lemons with the peels still on.  Roll them on a table, counter, or hard surface until they are soft.  Next, cut them in half and alternatively rub under each armpit.  You’ll need to shower after doing this.  If you have a lot of hair under your arms, you may need to shave the day before you do this.  This works because the acidity in the lemon will kill the odor.

Here is a good home remedy for body odor and perspiration is a condition we all face, some worse than others.  The type of deodorant you use can make a difference in determining your success in eliminating unwanted odors.  Natural deodorants that are fragrance free without perfume and are 100% made of natural minerals or crystal is the approach to take.  The natural deodorant will actually eliminate the bacteria that causes odor.  Apply this natural deodorant every day and in about a week your odor will go away!

Zinc as Home Remedy for Body Odor

I have suffered with body odor and perspiration for years.  Mainly my armpits have been the most troublesome.  In fact, I’ve had to throw away shirts that I could no longer wear because of the odor.  This has been quite embarrassing.  I’m happy to say I found something that has cured this problem.  It is ZINC!  I now take a daily dose of one 50 mg tablet of Zinc and my armpit odor has gone away.  I can even do yard work outside and still not experience the odor problem with my armpits.  My armpits no longer stink!  You can get zinc at most stores like Walmart.

I use baby powder to control body odor and perspiration. You can use it anywhere on your body.  If you shave and/or trim your pubic and armpit hairs; this will help reduce perspiration and odor.    Also, be sure to consistently take a bath/shower using clean towels.  If you follow these suggestions, you will have success.

I have a body odor and perspiration home remedy that that you should be open to trying.  It involves olive oil, and either one of the following:  lemon, lime, orange, or grapefruit juice, and baking soda.  First apply the baking soda to the area, then squeeze the juice into the soda, and lastly, cover this with the olive oil.  Viola, your body odors will be a thing of the past!

Body odor and perspiration is something I declared war on and succeeded.  I’ll share with you my battle ground tactics.  Armpit sweating is the enemy in this scenario.  First, be sure to wash your underarm and pat dry using a clean cloth.  Next, use a cloth or cotton ball soaked in rubbing alcohol and rub across your underarm.  Let this dry before finally putting on a deodorant accompanied with baking soda.   The type of deodorant isn’t as important as just making sure to also apply the baking soda.  You will see that this works great.

Take a long and cleansing shower and then apply your deodorant.  Also, you need to cut down on your garlic intake.  Just doing these things should help eliminate that unwanted body odor and perspiration that we all get.

Tea Tree Oil Body Odor Home Remedy

I have a great discovery that has changed how I go about treating my body odor and perspiration.  I use tea-tree oil instead of the traditional deodorant and/or antiperspirant.  I found this to work much better.  It has its own distinct smell; but, I and my boyfriend both really like it.

I have a natural method of addressing my body odor and perspiration.  I take one tablespoon of liquid chlorophyll and mix this with a glass of water.  You can get this in mint flavor so it doesn’t taste bad.  This acts as an ‘internal deodorant’ by cleansing your blood.  This process will make all the ‘discharges’ your body makes natural and better.  This includes odors from your feet, body, female, and others.

Baking powder has proven to be very effective in treating body odor and perspiration.  Just apply it to any area of your body that needs it, and it will do the job.

***

I have a great home remedy to be rid of your unwanted body odor and perspiration.  Get some alum in a large container of water and let it sit for a while.  Shower or bath yourself using this water.  Do not wash your hair, only wash your body with this.  After doing this method of cleansing your body, you will be surprised with how it turns out.  Alum is available at any Asian food store.

Anti-bacterial Body Odor Natural Home Remedies

There is a natural approach to eliminating body odor and perspiration that goes beyond taking traditional showers and baths.  Taking a bath or shower is good; but, this is a very short term fix.  Body odor usually stems from too much ‘bad bacteria’.  This ‘bad bacteria’ is what you need to address. There are natural ingredients that you can put in a spray bottle and use.  You can also spray deodorant to help disinfect.    Some of these natural ingredients include:  grapefruit seed extract, witch hazel, rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, and apple cider vinegar.
