Castor Oil Childbirth Method

I used castor oil to cause labor to begin with all of my 4 children.  I would take two tablespoons every night before going to bed.  It worked great for me but I can’t guarantee it for everyone. With one of my children I had a three hour labor and with another child it was only 30 minutes!  Also putting oil of Primrose in the cervix will increase dilation.  Primrose oil has natural components that are also present in sperm and these help the cervix to dilate.

Here is my home remedy that worked for me for childbirth.  In the last two months of my pregnancy I drank red raspberry tea and when the baby came it was really easy.  I did have some pain but it was not anything near what my women friends have related to me about their childbirth.  What I felt was really more like cramps in a period.  My nauseated stomach was more unpleasant than the labor contractions.

If you have your baby under water it will make the pain much less.

I’ve had 5 kids and am now expecting number 6.  So here is my home remedy to have a natural and comfortable childbirth.  I’ve experienced natural births and births with an epidural and the natural method is what I prefer over the epidural.  The first thing to do is to do your homework.  Explore all avenues for labor and childbirth.  Perhaps the main factor to consider is that when the pain increases you feel scared and out of control.  If you educate yourself about this you will find it very useful when the time comes.  You will need a good person by your side for support.  They can help you keep your mind focused.  Definitely drink red raspberry tea all during the time you are pregnant.  At the minimum during the last several weeks of your pregnancy.  Red Raspberry tea is a great tonic for the uterus and helps it to get ready for childbirth.  Oil of evening primrose capsules should be taken by mouth during the final two weeks of your term.  Also, take a pin an make a hole in the end of the capsules and squeeze the oil up in and around the cervix.  Oil of evening primrose has prostaglandins (like semen) and this will help prepare the cervix to open.  It will not cause a premature labor.  When your labor starts, use hot water compresses and also guided imagery.  A hot bath does wonders for soothing the contractions and aids in the stretching of the perineum.  Visualize your baby coming down and your body opening up like a flower.  Visualize that each breath you take is a breath you are having for your baby.  If you will moan in as low and as deep a tone as you can, you will find the vibrations very soothing for the pain of the contractions.  Apply olive oil to the perineum as it will help it to be elastic and it will keep the vaginal canal slippery so your baby can slide out easily.  Hold your baby immediately after birthing until the cord stops pulsating.
