Body Muscle Development Home Remedies

As a good home remedy for body and muscle development I recommend that you make your own protein drink at home.  Take two almonds, a teaspoon of poppy seeds, and five pistachio nuts, and add them to a cup of milk.  Let this mixture soak for about an hour.  Next, put this in a blender and grind it all up.  Lastly, add this mixture to some warm milk and drink it.  Have a drink of this each day for three months.

If you want to help your child with their body and muscle development; make them a protein shake every morning.  They taste really good and come in a variety of flavors like vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry.  Also, have your child eat foods with protein like cheese, lean meats, and tuna.

Eating high protein foods is bad news.  It makes the body excessively acidic because proteins are acids - amino acids.  The body likes to be slightly alkaline.  Look at a horse - massive and powerfully built.  Where does a horse get all that protein?  Certainly not from protein shakes and eating lots of meat and dairy products.  They eat grass and grains!  All of the largest most powerful animals are plant eaters.  A study in National Geographic a few years back showed that vegetarians live about 7 years longer than meat eaters.  Eat starches and work out to develop muscles.  Our bodies are built for starches.
